I haven't seen anything either. I did read that people are thinking the bird that was eaten was possibly a vulture (maybe the one that was sitting in the tree last night) and the visiting bird could be a Cooper's hawk or sharp shinned hawk. Hopefully someone official from Duke Farms will tell us something soon.

I also saw an eagle earlier. They think it was the dad. If you watch the safari, I also set up a safari observation blog page so write down what you see. 👀🦁🐆🐃🐘

None of the eagles are in the nest but you can see how deep the bowl is without the eagles in the nest

After doing our Species on the Edge reports, we starting watching on a LIVE webcam, the bald eagles located at Duke Farms in NJ. Hopefully will see the eggs after they are laid and hopefully see them hatch live. Archives
